That’s why a Slovakian startup is helping businesses and organisations remove hateful, inappropriate and conspiracy-driven comments. The work is carried out by an AI system, except when it’s less than 95% percent sure.
Then cases are passed to a human moderator. Because machines don’t always detect irony and sarcasm. The technology also helps expose fake accounts.
The startup’s service is already used by leading news agencies and the regional branch of the European Commission. Enabling a kinder, more constructive world online.
Others replace problematic internet content with images of cats. The world could certainly use more compliments, not to say a greater understanding of wellbeing.
