Carers are matched to a patient’s specific needs, and are subject to background checks – even when coming from abroad.
Once chosen, they move in with the person. As well as providing basic in-house care, they can help with housekeeping, cooking and organising activities such as trips.
If the chemistry isn’t there, the contract can be terminated at short notice.
