Advancing the careers of 1 million people of colour. Especially founders of fast scaling technology firms, heads of profitable small- and medium-sized companies and creative folks using technology.
The umbrella organisation looks after investment funds, provides knowledge and is actively involved in policy and research.
By 2030 the number of participating organisations should grow from 65 to 500, with more than $1 billion investment dollars raised.
Currently only 8% of VC monies go to BIPOC startups. All the more reason to get kids into coding.
