A new doctorate at the University of Kentucky, scheduled to welcome its first students in autumn 2021, will deal with precisely this issue.

The program is geared towards professionals and can be largely completed online. Funded places are available from candidates from the Sciences.

Graduates will have learned how to develop innovative strategies and approaches to ensure equal opportunities in the workplace.
