Its goal: to increase users’ sense of wellbeing by helping them cope with queer-specific issues such as coming out or feelings of shame. Evidence-based therapies are available, along with individually tailored recommendations.
Users can call on meditation exercises voiced by LGBTIQ+ artists. Regular diary entries, meanwhile, help highlight negative patterns, which can then be broken.
Whereas the right medical treatment can be found online and another app supports Black women in managing differing emotional challenges.
