People with disabilities and chronic illnesses or women from the LGBTQ community can already access support in their professional lives.
Now, a Romanian startup is focusing its attentions on working mothers.
As part of a 4,000 strong closed community, women with children can find helpful information, workshops or events, with some 100 specialists on hand to provide tailored personal mentoring.
Those looking to go freelance can seek advice on topics such as finance, business development, sales or marketing.
There’s even help available when it comes to personal challenges or questions regarding family planning.
By partnering with the startup, firms receive support with internal diversity and inclusion policies.
A similar scheme has already been launched in Indonesia.
