Music can slow the progress of dementia, and give homeless people a chance to shine.
Now, an Australian pedagogue and creator of educational content is using a musical to help appreciate teachers in early years education.
And particularly those on the autism spectrum, who have ADHD, or are neurodivergent in some other way.
Inspiration came from her own involvement in a musical. Together with two other teachers, she developed the script, choreography and songs.
The latter were brought to life by a specialist children’s musician.
The musical will premiere at the start of September as part of a conference on early years education in Sydney.
Information about whether children could develop autism, meanwhile, can come in the womb.
