Though personal qualities are important for jobs, they don’t often feature in traditional resumĂ©s. Which is why a London-based startup has developed a CV platform modelled on a social media feed.
It aims to link digital natives and businesses in search of talents and focuses on users’ personalities. A coloured graphic on soft skills – e.g. problem-solving and the ability to work in a team – is created following a test.
Alongside education, professional experience and skills, users can include highlights by adding project videos, personal mottos or leisure interests such as reading and films. The platform will be available in 62 languages.
Talent services for neurodiverse or chronically ill people already exist.
