Local dissemination

In the US young parents can get help to finish their degrees, while Canada’s Indigenous peoples are also receiving more support.

But what about communities that don’t have access to school buildings or the internet? Thanks to a Swiss startup and their mobile box, any space can become a learning environment.

Organisations or colleges create their content on internet-based learning platforms and upload it to apps on the box. The device itself provides a wireless network with a 40 metre range.

Meaning up to 25 people in remote locations, clinics or camps can access the training material locally using their smartphones.

External power banks or mobile solar fans extend the box’s two hour battery life. Similar to a Congolese initiative
