Now, a UK-based startup is making our laundry habits a whole lot more environmentally-friendly.
By re-using the water from previous washes their laundry service uses up to 60% less water on a standard wash.
In addition, the company’s advanced water filtration technology removes 95% of microfibres shed during washing, waste that would otherwise end up in our oceans.
Even at low temperatures their cycle of ozone disinfection can help remove microorganisms.
Meanwhile, thanks to their biodegradable detergent, automatically dispensed according to weight, they also use a great deal less chemistry. They have other options here, too.
