A remotely operated life-buoy can help avert maritime disasters.
Now, a Hong Kong-based startup is focusing on those who want to travel lighter. Its smart wagon, complete with electric hub motors, is remotely operated, has a range of 10 km and can move uphill and downhill at speeds of 2-7 km/h.
Thanks to an integrated pocket lamp, it can even be used at night. The wagon has a 140 litre or 90 kg capacity and also includes an extendible lantern.
The lid doubles as a work or dining table. The exchangeable 24 Ah battery can charge mobile devices, while a collapsible design means its size can be reduced by 40%.
A potential addition for a remote-controlled trailer.
