A few clicks can change our mood, even our carbon footprint.
Now, thanks to a Munich-based startup’s new app, companies and their volunteer teams have a chance to get active in the local community.
There are currently more than 1,000 opportunities – from environmental projects to helping the homeless and supporting refugees.
It’s also possible to make a donation or offer online services such as website design or language instruction.
Once users have chosen a project, communication occurs through chat. A dashboard lets companies see the type and amount of work their teams have carried out.
Over 100,000 individuals and 1500 organisations have already completed more than 1 million hours of voluntary work.
Similar opportunities are available internationally.
